哪些因素影响电力穿线管的疲劳强度

       电力穿线管氧化和脱碳几乎是零件在热处理过程中难以避免的,它是零件表面和加热介质作用的结果,因此控制氧化和脱碳的措施也必须从这两方面着手,一是改变零件在加热过程中介质的成分,二是将加热零件与加热介质隔离。严格控制零件在加热过程中表面不受外界气氛的作完成常规热处理的加热介质通常有气体、燃气、保护气氛、熔融盐浴、流动粒子、真空等,它们在加热中对零件表面状态的影响明显即可达到零件热处理的要求,零件的表面状态则不会改变不同。因此控制表面氧化、脱碳的方法可归纳为两类:改变加热介质的成分和性质;工件在加热过程中与炉气隔绝。加热介质在髙温下与零件的表面发生化学作用,加热温度、加热速度选择不当,装炉量不符合要求等,均会对零件的加热造成定的影响,钢铁零件在570°℃以上即被氧化,氧化后的表面烧损、无光洁,影响其力学性能、磨损性能和切削性能等,同时对炉衬等有一定的危害性。同样,表面脱碳将严重影响零件的性能和寿命。
